What Is Water?. Think back over your day. How much water have you used?. 1 shower. Time = 20 minutes. First 5 minutes running in order to warm up. 1 brushing of teeth. Time = 3 minutes. Water running constantly. 1 wash of pots. Tap running for aprox. 2 minutes to warm the water.

  2. Think back over your day. How much water have you used? 1 shower. Time = 20 minutes. First 5 minutes running in order to warm up. 1 brushing of teeth. Time = 3 minutes. Water running constantly. 1 wash of pots. Tap running for aprox. 2 minutes to warm the water. 1 load of washing. Aprox. 20 litres 3 toilet stops. Aprox. 11 litres per flush! 3 hand washes 3 cups of tea. Full kettle boiling for each cup. Water poured down the sink before each fill! 1 bottle of water to drink. Water bought from the garage. Aprox. 150 bottles on display. Not including all of the pop! This is from 7am till 1pm (6 hours!)

  3. No Showers. Wash out of a bucket if you are lucky! Or share a tin bath with the rest of your family once a week. Or there is the river! No Flushing toilet! No Taps! Actually, one tap which you share with numerous people, but you have to walk up to 5 miles to get there! No No washing machine. Who needs a washer when there is a perfectly good river, if it’s not dried up, or polluted! NO RAIN
