Achievement GAP CLOSURESThree “TARGET” Groups • Bla/His/NAm – GAP = Math 17.5%, RLA 10.3% • Econ Disadv - GAP = Math 24.7%, RLA 26.5% • St w/ Disability- GAP =Math 19.9%, RLA 32.5% (All are an increase from last year’s GAPS…) 2013-2014 TARGET • B/H/N – Math 16.4%(-1.1%), RLA 9.7% (- .6%) • ED- Math 23.2% (1.5%), RLA 24.8% (-1.7%) • SWD- Math 18.7%(-1.2%), RLA 30.5% (-2.0%)

INTERVENTION ‘Action Steps’ • Before school ‘intervention’ time • After school ‘intervention’ time • Creation of Related Arts Intervention Classes • Pull-outs from current Related Arts classes • Placement in current Related Arts intervention classes—Math Enrichment &/or Language Arts Enrichment. • Focus on ‘target’ students in all classes to promote motivation &/or effort. Lists: ED= GOLD, SWD= BLUE, B/H/N= PURPLE
