  1. Co-ordination Calendar The Planit co-ordination calendar displays a list of plans and key activities. A range of filters can be applied to customise the calendar to suit the viewer.

  2. Co-ordination calendar The purpose of the co-ordination calendar is to facilitate communications ‘traffic management’. The user is provided with ‘line of sight’ over all planned activities at any chosen level, highlighting periods of intense and less intense communications activity, potential conflicts, overlaps and opportunities. A Microsoft Word version of the calendar can also be created. It can then be saved, edited and printed off.

  3. Controls The default calendar view can easily be changed. You can customize it to suit your needs by using the filters in the control section. You can se parameters by one or more of the following parameters: • Timeline • Plan owner(s) • Level of ‘reach’ of the plans • Level of impact of the plans • Specific target audiences; Audience categories and Role/Group

  4. Calendar Activities are shown on the calendar in the form of square dots, with each one representing a single activity. More than three activities in one time period will reflect as a bar. There are six fields displayed to the left of the calendar: • Area • Plan name • ‘P’ button – Plan summary • ‘D’ button – Download Plan • Plan owner • Impact
