QFD • Do a partial QFD analysis for your product. • Fill in the template using 3 – 5 customer requirements (you may use all of your requirements if you wish) • You can either estimate values such as importance and customer ratings or go to the sources for your requirements and obtain their best estimates. • Submit the worksheet

  4. QFD Templates • You can find a good QFD template at: http://www.qfdonline.com/templates/qfd-and-house-of-quality-templates/ • This template will look slightly different from the one in the Session 1 slides.

  5. Process • What new roles, work products, etc does QFD bring? • Add these to your list. • Submit your process lists or published EPF web sites. • What factors are present in your work environment that would change how one project is run as opposed to another? For example, do some projects need airworthiness certification?
