Year 2- WP 4.1 State of progress Local dissemination and promotion(10/2007) • LOMBARDIA • Translation in English of 2 brochures on Short rotation forestry; Starting dissemination of Lombardia experience in RES – first study tour (biomass, biogas, SRF) • Some delay due administrative reason • LYON : • FrenchBrochure on Lyon project for non specialists, many promotion activities (presentations to foreign delegations, in national/International fairs or forums (Pollutec, Assises de l’Energie, Forum Global City); elaboration of local plan on dissemination ; visits in Confluence. • ZARAGOZA • Many presentations ; Development of the knowledge dissemination plan ; Creation of local web page; Preparatory works for educational community, activities towards El Picarral & Valdespartera inhabitants; numerous visits in Valdespartera • Dissemination strongly depends on the results from other WPs

Year 2- Next 18 months (25-42) WP 4.1 (10/2007) • LOMBARDIA • Continuing dissemination of Lombardia experience in RES –2nd study tour (biomass, biogas, SRF, green belts and forestation areas) • Transfer to the partners of international experiences in SRF still exiting in Spain and France • Attending to fairs, exhibition and congress regarding biomass, biogas, RES • Local meetings with rural community • Printing brochures (biomass, RES)

  4. Next 18 months (25-42) WP 4.1 (10/2007) • LYON (main activities foreseen to be done during month 25-42) • Newspaper promotion activities: • creation of a “promotional leaflet” (4 pages) to be integrated in newspapers; Press kit covering key moments (from 2007 to 2010); • Purchasing press space: • in specialised building/architect/eco-building/etc. publications • Institutional newspapers : regular short news in Grand Lyon Magazine, Lyon Citoyen, municipal newspapers • Local television: TLM – "Grand Lyon Avec Vous" programme. • Internet website : websites of Lyon Confluence, Grand Lyon, Ville de Lyon, Hespul, ALE • Exhibitions and site visits : • Exhibition about HEQ housing (at the Maison de la Confluence) (late 2008 or early 2009). • Presence at the Climate Plan exhibition on the Péniche des Berges riverboat (spring 2008). • Mobile exhibition to visit town halls in the Grand Lyon urban area (throughout 2009). • Regular site visits with SEM Lyon Confluence and the promoters (2007 to 2010). • Display boards on the sites (June 2008)

Next 18 months (25-42) WP 4.1 (10/2007) • ZARAGOZA (main activities foreseen to be done during month 25-42) • Presentation of the project to the local community in numerous neighbourhood meetings • Publication of material for local information • Paper and Electronic (Spanish) Newsletter • Consolidation of Zaragoza material in Renaissance project web site • Press pack aimed at local politicians • Public presentation of the project to the educational community in the Picarral school October 24th 2007 • Dissemination activities addressed to final users, civil society and professional and technical sectors. • Dissemination activities in the Cándido Domingo school

WP 4.2 (10/2007) : Report on Year 2- State of progress & 18 months • WP4.2 Year 2 State of Progress by RENAISSANCE Consortium • Participation of Concerto+ Brochure/DVD/posters; updating Concerto+website; settling of RENAISSANCE Website (http://renaissance-project.eu); • Participation in DG TREN (sust. ENJ Week) & Concerto+ events (WP1.5, monitoring, EU coordination); Concerto Spanish & Italian Communities regional visit • WP4.2 Next 18 months (25-42) • Participation to DG TREN events, upon request (i.e., sust. Energy Week- early 2008/2009) • Participation & contribution to Concerto+ meetings (i.e., potential technical sessions on monitoring, FRENCH Concerto communities regional visit - May 2008/Grenoble, SPANISH Concerto regional visit - 2008) • Participation on RENAISSANCE partners common dissemination activities (ZAR EXPO 2008 (to be decided in Dec. 2007), MIPIM/Lyon- March 2008 (to be discussed))
