  1. ORGANIZATION ISSUES • Academic Libraries and IT organizations should merge; they shouldn’t/can’t be one organization • How are you all organized? Anyone here with merged organizations? What are the positives/negatives of how you are doing things?

COLLABORATION OPPORTUNTIIES • How can we bring our diverse skills to collaborative projects? • How can we get library and IT staff to understand better and empathize more with the idiosyncratic needs and workflows of our communities? And vice versa. • What can federating mean for our communities? • How could we be working together on archiving research data? • What could we/should we collectively be exploring?

  3. FUNDING ISSUES • If we have created essential services that are not “owned” by any particular group, how do we manage the service? • How do we fund the service?
