Who is MidTECH? • Top down: • MidTECH is the NHS Innovations ‘hub’ for the West Midlands • Our job is to help Trusts to identify and manage innovations arising from their work • We provide expertise and resources • Bottom up: • Innovation is a bottom-up process • We have a regional membership • We are there for all NHS Trusts in the region
