Offer the child long term parental style relations with caregivers. Be able to stimulatebabies and toddlers. See child as a valuedmember of the familygroup. Perceive themselves a parental figures. Help child to be a valuedmember in a group of peers. Reduceviolence in peer groups. Include and respect the child’sbiologicalparents.

And as manystaff meetings, participants implementbetweensessions.Applying a learning-at-the-workplace-model. Tested to operate in anyculture, and designed to educate large numbers of underprivilegedcaregivergroups. Based on extensive international research, nowrunningin Indonesiaas a pilot study for Asian version (Vietnam, Thailand, Myanmar and Japanese professionals alreadytranslated the programs, and wewillimplementalong the way) Programs arefree of charge, we provide trainer’straining programs.

This is whyeach online training session starts with research demonstrated frames of understanding in practice (f.ex. The threeinsecureattachmentbehaviors, or the fivebehavior dimensions of securecaregiving) In the second step of eachgroup session, participants are offered a frame for discussing HOW to practice in theirdailywork with the children. Participants becomeactive designers of new practices. Theyareencouraged to video the changesthey have decided. Next session starts with a joint evaluation of workbetweensessions.Themiddle and last sessions areevaluationdiscussions, makingchildcaredevelopment a dialoguebasedway of workingand enhancing the self-esteem and cooperationalskills of staff and leader.
