  2. The Drive Goal: Register 400,000 new donors Increase actionable donor designations • Use the Workplace Partnership for Life (WPFL) program • Enroll donation organizations (organ, tissue, and eye) to work with Workplace Partners

  3. The Formula • Enroll 75% of donation organizations as participants • 45 OPOs/DLAs commit to registering an average of 10,000 new donors in 12 weeks by: • Engaging Workplace Partners • Using timeline and tools to reach your established AIM

  4. Campaign Phases • Enrollment • October 19 to November 17, 2006 • Obtain baseline measurement • Implementation • November 20, 2006 through February 12, 2007 • Maximize events that fall within 12-week period • Outcome measurement • Through March 19, 2007

  8. A National Partner in Action • Ford’s 12 Weeks of Giving letter includes suggestions for local implementation, such as: • Organ/Tissue/Blood/Marrow donor drives • Health fairs • Internal emails promoting “Give 5 – Save Lives” campaign • Hyperlinks to state donor designation sign-up sites

  9. A National Partner in Action • Connect local coordinators to OPOs/DLA affiliates • Encouragement from Ford management that organ & tissue donation is supported • Use of campaign web banner on the employee intranet
