  8. Above the Barre Dance Company has a huge, diverse selection of good quality dance lessons that are reliable and stable. The expertise dance instructors have had over ten year experience with dancing, teaching, and choreographing. The strengths of Above the Barre are; there is a huge variety of dance classes, reasonable prices, experienced teachers, a reliable owner, a good personal reputation, the location is convenient being on the main road of town, a newly renovated building, and the new excitement will bring people in. • On the other hand, the weaknesses of Above the Barre are, there are three competitors that have the same service, no previous reliability because it is a new company, it is just opening so not a lot of experience actually running a studio, the owner/main teacher is young so she has less experience then the competitors, no business reputation, and two close competitors less than ten minutes away.
