  4. How can we get industry to express needs for standardisation better? • Role of universities and standards bodies to promote benefits? • ________ • Focus of standards education • Practical for practical disciplines • Theoretical where necessary • Above both of these – adaptable!

  5. Sector based approach to standardisation needs may be more constructive than broad analysis of need for education on standardisation • _________ • Focus on employability –a standardisation skill set that demonstrates negotiation, consensus building etc
