Money • The cost of joining Cub Scout Pack 161 is $25.00 • which will cover • registration with the district, • a subscription to Boys Life magazine, • re-charter (registration) next February (the Scouting year is February • through February, and • pins, patches, and awards. • Additional expenses will include • the appropriate scarf ($5.99), a gift from the Pack, • neckerchief slide ($3.99), • the appropriate book ($6.99-8.99), • a shirt (which can be an official navy blue scouting shirt ($22.99)or an • orange t-shirt for Tiger Scouts ($5.00 at Michaels or about $15.00 • at the Scout Shop). • The Pack participates in Popcorn sales and a Cake Auction to aid in raising funds for each boy’s Scout account, FROM which items purchased are deducted and TO which fundraising or you contribute. • ARRANGEMENTS CAN BE MADE FOR THOSE WITH FINANCIAL DIFFICULTY
