When have you felt compelled to go to a particular place or person to share the gospel? When has the Holy Spirit helped you cross a barrier to share the gospel with someone? How did you engage the person(s) in conversation? What are some ways that you noticed people attempt to dodge the real issue of their need for salvation? How have you sought to clarify the truth of the gospel for people in their situations.

  3. FAITH IN ACTION Participate in your church’s evangelistic outreach efforts by forming or joining a witnessing team of two or three believers. Tell your pastor of your team’s availability to make evangelistic visits. • WHAT NOW? MY MISSION • Show Jesus’ love by going to appropriate places where unsaved friends gather. • Intentionally join a chess club, arrange a golf outing or have breakfast at a local café in order to connect with those you want to reach. • Respectfully engage others in conversations about the claims of Christ. • Clarify who Jesus is by living in such a way that others comprehend His truth in your lifestyle as well as your words.
