  4. For programs where the fee is for the PROGRAM, not specific courses Why?? To automate enrollment, improve retention build brand loyalty, simplify certificate program registration and MAKE MONEY! ! ! A way of packaging a set of courses (at a discount) Two course packaging options?

  5. Two methods are: Type 2 Type 1

  6. Think through package courses before entering anything in Student Manager. The old “Measure Twice, Cut Once…” applies (consult your tech/help guide PRN) This is important!

  7. Package 1 Bundling Money stays with the parent course

  8. Begin by creating all classes

  9. Tip! Regardless of bundling type, set a default fee in preferences Set a default fee descriptionin Preferences (applies to both cases)

  10. Select Package 1 Which allows you to attach child courses

  11. Clicking “Add” allows you to select courses for the bundle

  12. For Package 1 bundling this is where the money stays. Set your fees here.

  13. Register students in the parent package course. Student Manager will take care of the rest! Register Students

  14. Parent course holds fees and payments

  15. Check out the registration note. Good job Matthew!

  16. Attempting to register a student in an individual class will result in an error message.

  17. Make certain your courses contain a “Package” fee

  18. Package 2 Bundling Money stays with “child” courses

  19. Set package fees in the child courses

  20. Add courses to the Package2 Course – default fee is selected

  21. Enroll participants in the Bundle Course
