Design Principles:The Building Blocks of the System We Desire • Design principles describe how the elements of design come together to actually create a design. • Design principles are what frames the action of the vision. They are the conduit of action. • The use of well-established design principles increases the chance that a design will be successful. They remove the element of chance from the equation and allows the work to be done with intentionality and permits the assumption of reasonably expected outcomes.
