Prior to the event • Review your Worksite Meeting Checklist two days in advance of the event • Plan how you will invite employees to the Kaiser Permanente table • Review the group-specific talking points provided by the sales representative (certain accounts only) • Keep your Worksite Event Survival Kit well-stocked and up-to-date

  2. During the event • Ask open-ended questions to identify the employee’s needs • Focus on features and advantages and use your linking phrase to state the advantage. E.g., (Feature)… what this means to you…(Advantage) • Refer to third-party endorsements such as news articles and awards to give your messages credibility • Don’t let your table or booth serve as a barrier– stay in front • Keep your table or booth neat and organized • Always look out for opportunities to sell Medicare and KPIF • Avoid jargon and acronyms • We are Kaiser Permanente– not KP, Kaiser, etc.
