  3. Yahoo Group has played a major role in bringing pariwar members from all over the world together. Over 1242 members at present (including DSVV alumni) Pujya Gurudev is inspiring a large number of new members to join the group continuously. Focus on spiritual discussions leading to self improvement and spread of Vichar Kranti Abhiyan and communication of mission activities across the world.   6. Vichar Kranti Abhiyan on Internet Updated Website – How it started In 2005 youth camp in PA, a web team was formed with members from Shantikunj and youths from USA and India. The main goal of the website was to make literature and other material ( audio/video etc.) available to the world and easily searchable on the website. AWGP website Resources came from unexpected sources and the website was launched on Vasant Parva, 2006. New literature in scanned/typed/re-typed formats as well as more and more audio/video files were made available on the website since early 2006

Average Daily Visitors in October 2006: 325 (54% - First time visitors) By promoting our website in every Gayatri Pariwar function across the globe, Using Search Engine Optimization and also by Sponsoring links on Google (paid), we can increase this number several times in no time.

A lot of new people are getting introduced to our mission.

  12. Next Phase of WebsitesDSVV PHASE II of www.dsvv.org Updated DSVV Website is recently launched by the collective efforts of a small DSVV Team and the AWGP Web Team. Website still requires a lot of work (Content, Pictures). awgp_research yahoo groupfor taking DSVV research to the world. IN ORDER TO MAKE DSVV WEBSITE INTERNATIONALLY RECOGNIZED, DSVV STUDENTS/STAFF MEMBERS MUST TAKE OWNERSHIP OF ITS CONTENT AND PROMOTION. WE ALL MUST PARTICIPATE IN CREATING AWARENESS ABOUT THE POWER OF INTERNET AT DSVV.

  14. Status of Online Literature English Books Majority of English books have been reformatted for internet edition and soft copies of books are now available. Some older books have been re-typed. New books are being added as and when they become available. Put books on Google E-Print and other major book search domains.

  15. Status of Online Literature Hindi Literature All 70 Vangamyas are expected to be online by Vasant Panchami, 2007 Scanning of Akhand Jyoti (Hindi) has been started. All issues (1939-present) will be online soon. Approximately 300 books have been scanned. Delhi (Palam) youth group has taken a “Sankalpa” to scan additional 151 books before Adarniya Dr. Saheb’s visit on 27th January. Coordinators: Rajesh Yadav (Delhi) / Prof. Saurabh Mishra (Mumbai) Palam, Delhi:Palam Team is the major contributor and scanning is being done in shifts. Purchase of second scanner is planned. PA, USA: Recently acquired a stack paper cutter and is scanning remaining Vangmayas. Other Contributors: Sonia Srivastava (Canada), Krishna Singh (PA), Tejal Thakkar (IL) Material Support: Vijay Sharma (Ahmedabad), Shantikunj Youth groups are encouraged to have a computer with internet where local samayadani’s can do samaya daan on internet for Vichar Kranti. CWC, USA has budgeted financial support for hardware/software purchase for these groups.

  16. Vichar Kranti Abhiyan on InternetLiterature / Content in Other Languages Ketan Patel and his team has started scanning Gujarati books. 45 books have been scanned so far. Vijay Sharma (Ahmedabad) is providing books and is coordinating the priority. Akhand Jyoti Englishis Online, Monthly Publications in Tamil, Telugu and Marathi will be online soon. Pragya Abhiyan (Gujarati and Hindi) are also online now. Books in Tamil, Telugu, Gujarati, Kannad, Oriya, Bangla and Marathi are being scanned Access to electronic files for new material will save a lot of time and effort.

Pragya Geets, Yagna vidhi, guided meditations, Audio books Audio Books in Gujarati/Hindi/English are being prepared by Mayur Rao of Dhuvarn, Gujarat and Saurabh Mishra (Mumbai) http://www.awgp.org/jukebox (Ready to be online) Radio Station: Internet radio for AWGP and DSVV At present, morning meditation, amritvani and songs (5 – 6 a.m.) are broadcasted on Skype daily from Shantikunj computer room. A 24 hr internet based broadcasting radio station is ready to be launched. (main contributors: Chaitanya Hazarey and Rajesh Yadav) AUDIO LECTURES/SONGS/AUDIO BOOKS CAN BE LISTENED ONLINE OR DOWNLOADED ON MP3 PLAYERS FROM INTERNET.

Vichar Kranti Abhiyan on InternetNEW INITIATIVES Periodic International Gosthi with Senior Parijans At Shantikunj SKYPE conf. facility on internet will be used for large international conferences. During his last trip to USA, Adarniya Dr. Saheb conducted the first international Internet Gosthi from New Jersey with over 25+ locations (over 300 parijans) participating. Adarniya Dr. Saheb, Vireshwar Upaddhyaya ji, Kalicharan ji and Dr. A. K. Datta ji have agreed to give time for this. Online “NEWS and Feature” section for news articles (in several languages) for distribution to media Live Webcast of Events on Internet. Online subscriptions for magazines and Online Book Store. WE NEED TO START INTERNET GOSTHI SOON AS YOUTH MEMBERS NEED GUIDANCE AND MOTIVATION NEED HIGH SPEED INTERENT CONNECTIVITY : 1 - 2 Mbps NEWS AND FEATURE SECTION MUST BE SUPPORTED WITH QUALIFIED STAFF ESPECIALLY FOR ENGLISH

  21. Several yahoo group members are writing articles with links to our books, audio lectures, videos, Akhand Jyoti articles and posting them on various spiritual discussion forums and websites. Several members are doing one-on-one jan-sampark by sending emails to a member of a specific group - for example, introducing member of a group on subconscious mind with our book: Extrasensory potentials of mind.. Etc.. Many of these emails are receiving great responses. Delhi youth have taken a sankalpa to send 51,551 emails (using Orkut) by Jan 27th before the visit of Adarniya Dr. Saheb at Palam. THE NEED OF THE HOUR IS TO CREATE AWARENESS ABOUT THE CONTENT ON OUR WEBSITE AMONG OUR OWN PARIJANS Efficient content development team with Mission’s comprehensive vision We need to have regular articles about website in Pragya Abhiyan and other magazines in all languages. ALL books, flyers, banners, CDs must have our website names. We need to have several banners with website names within Shantikunj/DSVV for our visiting parijans and on the front gates for highway traffic. We have started collecting emails at Swagat Kaksha at Shantikunj. We must start sending messages to them at least once a month. DSVV needs to start collecting emails. Soft copies of Akhand Jyoti (other than English), Vangamaya and other books. High speed internet connectivity in Shantikunj/DSVV : 1-2 Mbps Vichar Kranti Abhiyan on InternetWHAT DOES WEBTEAM NEED IMMEDIATELY?
