  6. Approach & Quality Control Alpha Recognizes the importance and its obligation to ensure a healthy and productive working relationship through placed candidates and client management . Our definition of a “mutually beneficial relationship” is an arrangement of complementary attributes from both parties that enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of each member of the partnership. Our Account Manager policy follows a “classical” model of Management by Objectives. The Account Manager will be responsible for understanding client requirements, to establish a time-line to completion, determine the assets needed to produce a positive outcome, work within budget constraints And meet or exceed financial and quantitative goals. From “Project Set-up” to “Project Wrap-up” there will be a single source of contact to provide candidate supply, evaluation, placements, on-boarding and closure. Quality assurance is based on the successful verification and certification of the following: • Candidate skills versus skills required • Relevant industry experience • Employment history • Education • Rate of pay • Screen / Interview / Test results • Professional / Personal references • Background Check results • 5 / 7 / 10-panel drug test results, depending on client requirement
