General strategies: • Farmers will increase good and continuous production of food crops; • Supermarkets are willing to invest in Value Chains, and thus pay better prices if quality and timely production are guaranteed PI – strategy: (creating an enabling environment) • A network of national and international NGO’s influence WTO – Agreement on Agriculture to stop dumping of subsidized food aid from US/EU on national markets. Early message = Stop dumping
