Notification FIRST RESPONDER Activate alarm/siren if available NOTIFY Unit/Area Foreman Activate appropriate response plan NOTIFY ERT Team & Well Control Refer to Internal Reporting Criteria for minimum reporting/notification requirements. Complete remaining notifications accordingly. Production Production HSE Safety Officer HSE Representative Operations Mgr. Exec. V.P. Onshore Production Mgr. Exec. V.P. Offshore HSE Manager Drilling Alternate Insurance Drilling Drilling Eng. Drilling Mgr. Executive Staff (As Required) Drilling Eng. Drilling Mgr. Regulatory Affairs Other Affiliates (As Required)

  5. Oil fire burns at approximately 4000 F and a gas fire at 6000 F.
