Clean Car “White Sticker” Program • High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) lane access for qualifying single occupant vehicles • Vehicles must meet both CA SULEV and federal ILEV emission standards • No weight class restriction • Program extended through 2014 • Senate Bill 286 – would extend this program through 2017

  16. Federal Incentives • Alternative Fuel excise tax credit for alternative fuels - $.50/gallon through 12/31/2013 • Up to 30% tax credit for refueling infrastructure
