  3. Project Description Purpose of the Event To raise $15,000 to benefit the Imagine1day Ethiopia 2010 initiative which aspires to raise $100,000 to build a school in Tigray, Ethiopia. What is Imagine1day? A non-profit organization providing opportunities to donate to the effort of providing primary education for all children in Ethiopia, Africa.

  4. Project Scope Deliverables • Project Plan • Register 15 teams consisting of 10 people • Raise a minimum of $15,000 • Tribal Beach Run Celebratory BBQ • Day of Event Itinerary • Food and Beverage Plan • Equipment Plan • Marketing Plan • Transportation Plan

Project Goals • Enrol 15 tribes to raise $15,000 by August 20th, 2010. • Receive sponsorship and donations to cover costs of event and contribute to fundraising efforts by August 20th, 2010. • Launch Website showcasing event information. • Hold a successful celebratory beach BBQ on August 20th, 2010 to celebrate the efforts of the participants and sponsors.
