Summary • Congratulations to the high performers! • Achieving testing goals is lots easier that controlling intermediate risk factors! • Many groups have reached a plateau, suggesting that the patient centered interventions that will be reviewed today are important approaches to consider and implement on a broader scale if they lead to better risk factor control.
