  2. Advantages It’s a renewable resource. It’s a non-polluting resource. It only takes wood chips or any other living objects.

  3. Disadvantages • You might not own any living objects. • It’s not the most popular type of renewable energy so people might not use it. • They might not have the money to afford the technology to turn biomass into electricity.

  4. Electricity production • Some type of biomass is placed in a power plant and burned to collect steam to create electricity.

  5. 3 interesting facts The process of biomass begins with the sun. Biomass can create a rich gas energy called biogas. Biomass can be turned into a fuel called bio fuel.
