  2. Math • We learnt a lot of math this year like: • Multiplication 2x4=8 • Division • Rounding 8=9 • And that's just a few types of math that we did.

  3. E.L.A. • We did a lot of writing. The types of writing we did were: • Summary-1 paragraph • Response to literature- 2 paragraph • Narrative- 3+ paragraph

  4. Social Studies • We studied a lot in Social Studies. Here is what we studied: • Indians • Gold Rush • Westward movement • Missions • Government

  5. Science • We studied Science a lot. Here is what we studied: • Magnet And Electricity- We made circuits and temporary magnets. • Minerals And Rocks- We learnt how to perform a scratch test. • Environment- We leant about biomes, food webs and food chains.

  6. Pen Pals • We have Russian pen pals. That live in Russia, Moscow. • We sent videos and letters back and forth.

  7. Audubon canyon ranch • We went to the Audubon canyon ranch for one of our field trips this year. • I got to kiss a Banana slug and catch a newt with my hands.
