  2. 5 Simple RulesFor a productive, safe, and fun year! • Be On Time • In the class room when the bell rings is on time. In the shop is not. • Be Prepared • Come to class ready to start class. • Be Respectful • Respect other students, teachers, school property, and yourself. • Be Safe • Wear your PPE and no horseplay in the shop. • No Food During Class • Drinks will be allowed until they become a problem.

  7. Procedures Specific procedures will be put in place for different activities. Following these procedures will make activities, transitions, and class time go smoothly.

  8. Procedure for Entering the classroom. • Enter quietly and ready to learn. • Get necessary materials ready. • Be in your seat before the bell rings or you will be marked tardy (No talking after the bell). • Copy down objective on your time card. • Begin Bell Work.

  9. Procedure for Getting Text Books • The person at end of each row will get up and get the appropriate number of books for their row. • That second person is responsible for making sure all books are put away at the end of the period.

  10. Procedure for Leaving the classroom • Copy down homework assignment in your agenda book. • All books and materials are to be put back in designated locations. • Pick up all garbage on the floor and throw away. • Be in your seat before the bell rings. • Teacher dismisses students, not the bell.
