It’s true that property managers like us are the “bosses” of our rental property business. We run the show and see to it that things are in order. However, we wouldn’t be able to do our jobs properly if we didn’t have money, which of course comes from our beloved tenants. We can probably say that while we’re the brains of our business, our tenants are our backbone. I mean if we think about it, how can we even run this type of business without having any tenants?
