  1. 3rd T20 Match between India and South Africa – MaukaMauka MaukaMauka– The third and final T-20 Match between India and South Africa takes place at the Newland in Cape Town. This is India’s first Twenty20 ever in Cape Town. They have mostly played in Durban, Centurion and Johannesburg but never in Newlands. The Toss won by South Africa and opted to bowl. The Indian cricket players started their opening with Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan. In the first over Rohit Sharma slams two boundaries to Chris Morris and keep India at 13 runs in first over. After that Rohit Sharma goes to pavilion by LBW on Junior Dala Ball. Raina started a great batting and slams 2 consecutive boundaries on Andile Phehlukwayo ball. In this match Virat Kohli has been ruled out of the match due to a stiff back. Rohit Sharma will lead the side. The Suresh Raina goes to pavilion by making 43 runs. After Manish Pandey joins Shikhar Dhawan and early goes to pavilion by making 13 runs by Junior Dala. Ms Dhoni joins Dhawan again, in the 15 over Shikhar Dhawan (run-out) on 47 runs. MS Dhoni and Hardik Pandya make a partnership of runs 33 runs. In 18th and 19th over the Ms Dhoni and Hardik Pandya out by caught their boundaries shots by David Miller and Heinrich Klaasen respectively. Then Dinesh Karthik adds 13 runs to the Team India. Axar Patel and Bhuvneshwar Kumar were not out. And keep the India at a total of 172 runs by losing 78 wickets.

  2. After some rest the South African opening batman’s i.e. Reeza Hendricks and David Miller reach the playground. They both did partnership of runs 31 runs. In the 2 over the Reeza Hendricks wicket fall off by Bhuvneshwar Kumar. This wicket leads to entering of JP Duminy. He played a wonderful batting for his 11th fifty. In the 9th over there was fall of David Miller wicket on 24 runs, His ball is caught by Axar Patel. Heinrich Klaasen bowled by Hardik Pandya, and walk back with only 7 runs. After that Christiaan Jonker joins JP Duminy and make wonderfully for 49 runs. He missed his fifty only for 1 more run by getting out by Rohit Sharma on the Bhuvneshwar Kumar ball. The last Batsman makes a total of 165 runs by losing 6 wickets. The Team India wins the T-20 Match by 7 runs. India wins the T-20 Series by 2-1 in the home town of South Africa i.e. Newland in Cape Town. The Suresh Raina declared the Man of the Match as he played well in Tests and One-Days Match. And Bhuvneshwar Kumar declared Man of the Series. India has won a bilateral ODI as well as T20I series for the first time in South Africa. Shikhar Dhawan’s 47 and a vital 43 from Suresh Raina helped India reach 172/7 in the deciding game in Cape Town. Bhuvneshwar Kumar held his nerve despite aggressive knocks from JP Duminy (55) and Christiaan Jonker (49) as India won by seven runs and clinched the series 2-1.
