To make a high pitched noise, you have to purse your lips tightly and to make a low pitched noise you purse your lips loose. If you blow hard through the tube then it will produce a loud noise and if you blow it soft it will make a quiet noise. Trombone Sousaphone Tuba Trumpet French Horn
