  4. Exercise 1 • Have you ever had such experience where your assumption went wrong? • What was the assumption you made? • Think about some other assumptions you may have made. what will you do this week to work on one of them ?

  6. Exercise 2 • Think of two habits you have, one good & one bad • Write down the knowledge, skill, desire connected with those habits; • Are you willing to break away from bad habits? • If so write down three things you will do immediately to break away from it.
