To fix this issue, you should perform system restore and install McAfee antivirus via mcafee.com/activate. In this article, you will learn the procedure to fix Unresponsive Taskbar in Window 10. Procedure To Fix Unresponsive Taskbar in Window 10: 1. Perform System Restore: For this, you should tap on Windows Key + S altogether and then input create a restore point.
