  1. Microbial Diversity Analysis Original analysis.html Our Operational Taxonomic Unit (OTU)-based microbial diversity analysis platform aims to characterize microbial diversity efficiently and economically by utilizing the next/third generation sequencing technology and other molecular technologies. Our scientists utilize this platform to assist our customers for meeting both scientific and regulatory requirements. Source: https://www.cd-genomics.com/microbioseq/microbial-diversity- Our Advantages: • Targeted region sequencing, enabling a rapid and efficient workflow. • Our team consists of more than 70% PhD and Masters-level scientists. • Cloud-based platform for bioinformatics analysis. • Extensive experience. • Advanced sequencing platforms. Both Illumina PE250/300 and PacBio systems are available to satisfy diverse sequencing requirements. Introduction to Our Microbial Diversity Analysis Platform

  2. Our integrated and novel microbial diversity detection platform delivers high-throughput, and accurate 16S/18S/ITS analysis via a combination of advanced sequencing technology and quantitative PCR (q-PCR). This platform allows both short-read 16S/18S/ITS sequencing by next-generation sequencing technology and full-length 16S/18S/ITS sequencing by PacBio SMRT technology, both of which are validated by Sanger sequencing and q-PCR with genus- and species-specific primers. Quantitative PCR can also be used to quantify microbial species. Our microbial diversity analysis platform can be used for both prokaryotic diversity analysis and eukaryotic diversity analysis based on the role of 16S and 18S/ITS as the molecular marker in prokaryotes and eukaryotes (especially fungi), respectively. Our platform has supported multiple fields, including scientific research, human/animal health, pharmaceutical industry, agriculture, environment, food & beverage, and manufacturing industry. 3. Bioinformatics Analysis Our bioinformatics analysis includes five parts: species annotation, diversity analysis, evolutionary analysis, functional profiling, and correlation analysis. For advanced bioinformatics analysis in detail, please refer to the following table. Sample Requirement • 1.8 < OD260/280 < 2.0, 1.8 < OD260/280 < 2.0, no degradation or slight degradation. Illumina platform: DNA amount ≥ 300 ng, PCR Products ≥400 ng PacBio platform: gDNA ≥100 ng, PCR Products ≥400 ng Deliverables: raw sequencing data (FASTQ), trimmed and stitched sequences (FASTA), quality-control dashboard, q-PCR data, statistic data, and your designated bioinformatics report.
