  1. Shoulder support and Cervical Pain Our shoulders and neck are formed by bones, muscles, arteries, nerves, veins, ligaments and supporting structures. The common cause of the pains in the shoulder is an injury in the shoulders’ soft tissue. However, when there’s a pain in both the neck and shoulder, the cause can be a problem that involves the nerves and bones in your neck or it could be a cervical disk problem. Shoulder and Cervical Pain can also be a symptom of a certain disease such as these following cervical disk diseases: 1.Herniated disk: Herniated disk is a condition wherein a disk is not in its proper place. It can be because of natural aging that causes the disk to degenerate or can be because of an injury. The disk that was out of place can put pressure on the nerves in the spine that may result from pains in the shoulder and neck. 2. Bone spurs: Bone outgrowths or bone spurs are severe cases of degeneration. This happens when some small bones grow in the spine. These bone outgrowths may irritate the nerves in the spine and may cause pain not just in your neck and shoulder but can also be in the arms. 3.Arthritis: There are over a hundred types of arthritis and the reason that you feel pain on the neck and shoulder might be because of arthritis in the neck. It can be caused by degeneration. Treatment will include natural, over the counter and prescription arthritis pain relief as well as lifestyle modifications. 4.Spinal cord tumor: Tumors in the spinal cord may arise in the spine’s cervical region. If this happens, you may feel pain in the neck and shoulder that can extend down to your arms. 5. Meningitis: This is a condition wherein the central nervous system is infected. It can cause pain, stiffness, fever, and vomiting. The pain that it gives as a symptom may be felt in the shoulder, neck and as well as in the arms. 6. History of neck injury: If you have a history of an injury in the neck or shoulder support it may cause trauma to the nerves that can cause pain in the shoulder and the neck.
