  2. Every medical care giver or some other health related persons will advise us to drink a lot of water. An average of 2 litres per day. There are a lot of consequences if you do not drink appropriate amount of water. Here we point out a few of the consequences that may arise because of low water intake.

  3. Skin Illness - Dehydration spoils the elimination of toxins through the skin, making it more defenseless to dermatitis, psoriasis and early aging.

  4. Bladder & Kidneys - Dehydration permits toxins and waste mount up, developing a situation where bacteria flourish and infections are more possible.

  5. Weight Gain – When dried out, your body cannot efficiently eradicate toxins, consequently stock up them in fat cells. The body will not discharge fat if it is not adequately hydrated to safely remove the toxins.

  6. Asthma & Allergies - When dehydrated, the body limits airways as a way to preserve water and histamine fabrication is increased.
