General Overview • Total Length is 40 km • Divided by 9 Sections • Starting in March 2004 & done before April 25, 2005 (The 50th Anniversary of Asia – Africa Conference in Bandung, West Java) • Starting with earthworks in March 2004 & continuing with concrete works in July 2004 • Girder produce insitu & by precaster (Adhi Precast, Wika Beton, & Saeti)

Section I : Purwakarta • Main Contractor is Mawatindo • Supervision Consultant is Virama Karya • Total Length is 9 km • Concrete supplied by Farika Duta Agung (2 BP). • Concrete Volume 100,000 m3 • We supplied 100 % (Pozzolith 101 Ri & Rheobuild 1100) to Farika Duta Agung • Wet Mix for Rigid Pavement

Section II : South Purwakarta - Plered • Main Contractor is Adhi Karya Division III • Supervision Consultants are Cipta Strada, Saka Adhi Prada & Amythas Expert • Total Length is 8 km • Concrete supplied by Adhimix • Concrete Volume 80,000 m3 for Rigid Pavement only • We supplied 100 % (Pozzolith 100 Ri & Rheobuild 1100) • Wet Mix & low slump for Rigid Pavement & concrete barrier • Girder Supplied by Adhi Precast

Section III. 1 : Plered – Cikalong Wetan • Main Contractor is Waskita – Yasa J.O. • Supervision Consultants are Delta Tama Waja, Buana Archicon & Prosys • Total Length is 6.3 km include 500 m long bridge • Concrete supplied by Yasa Readymix & Multi Structure • Total Concrete Volume is 40,000 m3 • Admixture supplied by Fosroc (SP 337 & RP 264 M) to Yasa Readymix & Grace to Multi Structure • Girder produced in situ with total 153 pieces using Yasa Readymix

Section III. 2 : Darangdan - Cikalong Wetan • Main Contractor is Nindya Karya • Supervision Consultants are Multi Phi Beta, Tata Guna Patria & Indra Karya • Total Length is 4 km • Concrete supplied by Dwi Dinamika • Concrete Volume 40,000 m3 • Admixture supplied by Fosroc (SP 337 & RP 264 M) • Girder Supplied by Wika Beton (Glenium 317 from BASF & M 21N from KAO)

Section IV. 1 : Cikalong Wetan - Cikubang • Main Contractor is Daya Mulya Turangga • Supervision Consultants are Bina Karya, Eskapindo Matra & Hasfarm Dian Consultant • Total Length is 5 km • Concrete supplied by Focon Indo Beton • Total Concrete Volume is 30,000 m3 • Admixture supplied by BASF (Pozz. 101 Ri & Rheobuild 1100) & Sika (Plastiment R & Sikament NN ) • Girder supplied by Wika Beton ( Glenium 317 from BASF & M 21 N from KAO)

Section IV. 2 : Cikubang Bridge • Main Contractor is Propelat – Wika J.O. • Supervision Consultant is Yodya Karya • Total Length is 4 km including 400 m long bridge • Concrete supplied by Focon Indo Beton • Total Concrete Volume is 30,000 m3 • Admixture supplied by BASF (Pozz. 101 Ri & Rheobuild 1100) & Sika (Plastiment R & Sikament NN) • Girder supplied by Wika Beton ( Glenium 317 from BASF & M21N from KAO)

Section IV. 3 : Cikalong Wetan - Cikamuning • Main Contractor is Hutama Karya • Supervision Consultant is Indec & Ass Ltd. • Bridge with 750 m long (The longest bridge in Cipularang II project) • Concrete supplied by Farika Duta Agung • Total Concrete Volume is 50,000 m3 • We supplied 100 % (Pozzolith 101 Ri & Rheobuild 1100) • Girder produced in situ with total 183 pieces

J.O. • Supervision Consultants are Indah Karya, Widya Graha Angsana & Tribina • Total Length is 4 km • Concrete supplied by Beton Indotama Surya • Total Concrete Volume is 30,000 m3 • Admixture supplied by Sika (Plastiment R & Sikament NN • Girder supplied by Wika Beton ( Glenium 317 from BASF & M 21 N from KAO)

Summarize • We got about 50 % share of the project • We supply to Adhimix Citapen (1 BP), Focon Indo Beton (1 BP) & Farika Duta Agung (2 BP in Purwakarta & 1 BP in Padalarang) • Sales value more than 500 million in 6 months (July to December 2004) • Farika Duta Agung Padalarang gave the biggest contribution for our sales value
