  2. Print Setup Printing from a Windows device Launch the HP Smart app on your computer. On the home screen, check if your printer is selected. Click the Print Photos option. Navigate to locate the photo you wish to print. Now, click Select Photos to Print. Or, if you wish to print documents, navigate to locate the PDF document you want to print. Click or tap the Print option. If you like to change any other settings, click More settings. Click Print to initialize the printing process.

  3. Scan Setup Place the original with its print-side facing down on the scanner glass. Or, place the document print-side up in the document feeder. Touch the Scan option on the printer control panel. Select Computer. Choose your system name. Touch Start Scan to initiate the scanning process.

  4. Copy Setup Check if you have loaded paper into the input tray. Place the document print-side down on the scanner glass. Or, you can place the original print-side up in the document feeder. Touch Copy on the printer control panel. Choose the desired copy option. Enter the number of copies and change the other settings if required. Now, tap Copy.
