  1. Choosing the right Carry-On Bags What is Carry-On luggage? Any piece of luggage that a passenger can fly with on an aeroplane is a Carry-On Luggage. Carry on usually does not come with a weight limit, unlike checked luggage. Most airlines allow only one carry-on luggage or hand baggage per person. These bags would fit in the overhead bin perfectly along with the hand purse, backpack, or laptop bag.
