As the pandemic navigates out, leading to the post-pandemic era, the years 2021 and 2022 are the years of technology reinvestment. Though SAP users may increase, the budget and support teams of 2021 will remain similar to 2020. Therefore, it will be crucial for the success of the enterprise to remove the manual efforts through automation. Moreover, assessing the current processes and how much their cost is in execution and maintenance leads to a better assessment of return on investment.
