  2. Christmas is traditionally a time of giving and joy! • Work Christmas parties • Families coming together • Decorated shopping centres and parks • Kids play happily with their new presents • And much more

  3. Not for everyone • Whilst these images are familiar to some, they are not for many others… • Approx 14% of the Australian population live in poverty • 1/3 of kids in New Zealand live in households below the country’s poverty line

  4. So as a workplace what can you do this Christmas to… • Enjoy the spirit of Christmas • Reward your staff for their year • Give to those less fortunate than ourselves 

  5. Three ideas • These are three team building programs we have created to help your business support the disadvantaged over Christmas • PLUS • have a powerful impact on your team culture! • Fill It • Flat Pack Frenzy • Out Of The Box

Fill It • involves participants working in teams to fill a trailer with items to donate • features team building activities to test resourcefulness, ingenuity and creativity • perfect as a half-day team activity for groups from 5 to 500 • teams witness just how sizeable their contribution is when the goods are donated at the end

  7. 2. Flat Pack Frenzy • involves a frenzy to build flat pack furniture • teams complete a series of fun activities to acquire building tools and resources • then team members work in cohesion to build the furniture as per the specs • a winning team is awarded however the true reward is the smiles on the faces of the recipients

Out Of The Box • participants are challenged to think ‘out of the box’ in an effort to build a box of toys • teams use creativity, lateral thinking and teamwork through this fast-paced problem solving program • the finale tops it off when teams learn what they have assembled will have a major impact for the recipient
