Mr. Flassing previously provided primary care services in a rural health clinic near Roanoke, VA. Prior to becoming a practice administrator she worked as a case manager and as Director of a Day Rehabilitation Program for Stroke and Head Injury patients in Texas. She has written protocols and procedures for CARF accreditation for outpatient clinics and has helped with JCAHO accreditation in inpatient settings. As a strong patient advocate, she believes in greater public awareness in the field of mental illness and treatment of mental disorders.
