  1. How Foodtok with Sherin’s Easy Healthy Recipes Helped People During the Pandemic Eating healthy is more important than ever now in this post-pandemic era. Foodtok with Sherin’seasy healthy recipes is helping people cook amazing, healthy dishes at home.   The COVID19 lockdowns tested all of our patience. While many of us were frustrated and bored at home, some people saw these lockdowns as opportunities to innovate. Sherin Sebastian is one of them. During the lockdowns, Sherin’s blog called “FoodTokWithSherin” went viral. Bear in mind - cooking during the lockdown was very difficult. Much like ourselves, Sherin had limited access to food items, ingredients, etc., as most supermarkets were closed. But, unlike ourselves, Sherin saw these shortages as chances to innovate. By that, we mean she started experimenting with whatever dishes and ingredients she could find at home.

  2. She used whatever ingredients she could get her hands on to create multiple healthy yet tasty dishes. Her easy healthy recipes were appreciated by thousands every day from all across India and the globe. Sherin used the free time during the lockdowns to prepare dishes she never had the time to make before.  From chicken roasts to nariyal keladdoo, she cooked it all. More importantly, she documented her cooking processes and shared them with the world via her blog FoodTokWithSherin. She also shared these recipes on her YouTube and Instagram accounts. Unlike most professional chefs, Sherin is super-relatable. After all, Sherin is by no means a professional chef. She has a background in IT. She's also a mother of two and the head of three salon stores. By no means is she a person who has a ton of free time on their hands, even during lockdowns. These circumstances made her a quick thinker and a time-efficient cook.
