Landing Certificate Attestation A document is given by the customs personnel in a destination country confirming that a particular shipment has entered/cleared through Customs, with the date and name of the importer. This certificate is called Landing Certificate Attestation. Attestation is that the process of scrutinizing the authenticity of a document by corroborating every detail given on that so manifesting it authentic with the sign and stamp of verifying personnel on that. Attestation is a procedure of document and certificate authentication observed by international governments. If you wish to use a document abroad, then local authorities require it to be legalized before it is considered valid. Each country has its own legalization requirements determined by the kind of document being legalized and its intended use.
