  4. Myth: Kickboxing Leads to “Bulky” Muscles Kickboxing actually tones muscles and strengthens the heart. It is not necessary that bulky muscles will develop due to kickboxing alone.

  5. Myth: Kickboxing is Only for the Very Coordinated For those lacking in hand-eye coordination, kickboxing is a good option. Kickboxing not only offers cardiovascular exercise, but also improves hand-eye coordination. Beginning from basic punches or kicks, a player gradually moves on to complicated moves.
