  2. Tai Chi For All About us At Tai Chi for Allwe teach Shang Gou (deceptive) style. The movements are similar to the Yang style but there is an emphasis on the deceptive nature of the moves and the application of 'push hands' to trick the opponent. The set has 108 moves, divided into six levels. We also teach the Lotus Chi Kung, the Lohan Chi Kung, the Shibashi 1 Chi Kung, the Yin Yang Sword and the Dragon Phoenix Fan set.
