  5. New names of divisions Division A – Premier Division Division B26 – Division A Division B36 – Division B Division C20 – same Division C15 – same Division D12 – Boys only Division D9 – Boys & girls Division E ladies – No age limit Division E teens – 16 years & below

  6. SJHFBL Premier Division – no age limit, Players in Div A, B & C20 can also play in Div A. However, PREVIOUS Div A players still won’t be allowed to play in the new Div A & B. Division A - DOB not later than June 1985 Division B - DOB not later than June 1975 Division C20 – DOB not earlier than June 1991 Division C15 – DOB not earlier than June 1996 Division D12 – DOB not earlier than June 1999 Division D9 - DOB not earlier than June 2002 (boys) June 2000 (girls) Division E ladies – no age limit Division E teens – 16 years & below (DOB not earlier than June 1995)

  8. SJHFBL Division D12 - €900; 20 games (Oblates) Saturday only! Computation (Elimination) for 6 teams - €5400 35 x 1 + 20 + 20 = €75 per game 20 x 6 / 2 = 60 60 x 75 = €4500 + 380 (SF&F) = €4880 5400 – 4880 = €520

  16. SJHFBL Incentives for undefeated team on double round elimination or more • 3 teams in division – twice to beat in finals • 4 – 5 teams in division – twice to beat in semis only • 7 teams in division – will advance to semi finals • 8 teams or more – twice to beat in QF only

Season Break: Modification in team line up Senior Division & Div C 20 only. • New player – adding new player (no current team); may be added to the line up by eliminating any current player in the team to make a total of 15 or 12 players in the team. Must be approved by the Commissioner. €50 fee will also be charge (for each player). • Swapping of players between teams (same division) - Must be approved by the Commissioner. €50 fee will also be charge (for each player). • Downgrading of players (Players in higher division who wishes to play in lower division – for senior division only) - Should complete a Transfer form. €50 fee will also be charge (for each player). Outstanding in the registration fee should be completed prior to this application.

  18. SJHFBL Cup League (Tentative) • Cup League DMBB: Division D & C, if DMBB will allow us • SJH Cup: Premier, A and B 2 Cups –1st cup; Premier division & Top Team (50%) in Div A. 2nd Cup; Bottom team (50%) of Div A and Div B. • All team must have settled their registration fee outstanding enable to have a Cup League.

  19. SJHFBL Cash Prices – if required • Champion €500 • 1st Runner up €400 • 2nd Runner up €300 • 3rd Runner up €200 ----------------------- €1400 Will be divided by the number of team registered and it is per division decision.

  22. SJHFBL Aggregate System – this is a cumulative score of a team in their 2 games against the same opponent. If team A wins over team B of 5 points on their first encounter on a REGULAR TIME. Team B should win by 6 points on their second game also in a REGULAR TIME to qualify to the next level. If team B won by 5 points on the REGULAR TIME. Both teams will continue playing in Overtime Period. The team that will win in the OT regardless of what point difference will advance on the next round. On the other hand, there is no need to extend the game in overtime period if both team had the same score in their second game on a Regular Time.

  24. SJHFBL Additional or replacement of players • Teams will not be allowed to replace or add new player(s) after their first 2 games • During season break

  25. SJHFBL NO UNIFORM NO GAME (Please allow enough time for the shipment of your uniform). Will strictly implemented on the first game of November 2011.

  26. SJHFBL • Height measurement of non Filipino players for Premier division will be on 08 July 2011

  27. SJHFBL Proof of age will now be required during the registration (Except for Premier division, Division E ladies). Original proof of age must be seen during the registration. Previous players in Division B26(A) & 36(B) will be exempt from this procedure. Player(s) will not be allowed to play without presenting his/her original proof of age.

SJHFBL DIVISION D9 • All games to consist of 4 quarters. 6 minutes per quarter on a stopped clock. • Extra time will be 3 minutes. • No time out on the 1st, 2nd, & 3rd quarter and only 1 one time out will be allowed in the 4th quarter. • Size 5 basketball. • No full court defence (defensive players must wait to the half way line) and on any inbound (Defensive players must wait until the offensive player handle the ball. However, defence may carry on if the ball receiver is inside the key) in the 1st, 2nd & 3rd quarter. • No zone defence. Coaches are encouraged to play man-to-man defence only to ensure proper technical development of young players. • There is no 24 second clock, but there is a backcourt rule and a 3 second call. • One quarter rule applies.
