Sleep Testing is important because untreated sleep disorders can raise the risk for heart disease, high blood pressure, stroke, and other medical conditions. Sleep Test records your brain waves, the oxygen level in your blood, heart rate and breathing, as well as eye and leg movements during the study. Sleep Tests are painless and very important, as they measure how well you sleep and how your body responds to sleep problems. These tests can help your doctor find out whether you have a sleep disorder and how severe it is.
