  2. You can use a good quality heat transfer vinyl to get the best possible results from your Silhouette cameomachine. However, you have to be quite creative with the process and make sure that you understand the technique of heat transfer designs before you start the process to get the best possible results. Here are a few vinyl tips to help you get started on your project with your silhouette machine.

  3. Start with a simple project – always start with a simple project for any new device. This is especially true for a Silhouette cameomachine, which can be complicated for new user. Use a high quality easy cut flexible vinyl to chart out your design on to a basic white or black t-shirt. Start experimenting with layering of vinyl – when you get the hang of the machine you can start with the layering of different vinyl to create designs that are more complicated. Remember to layer flexible vinyl with easy cut vinyl only. Also, layer PU vinyl with cold heat vinyl only, to get the best results.
