  2. Regular Maintenance and repair of your box truckor coach bus are very important to run successful limo transportation business. It really helps to keep vehicles going into the high six-figure mileage range.  Below are the few tips for your Coach Bus repairand maintenance. 1.Apply wax at least every six month. Waxing has always made your limo extra shiny. Wax not only gave the paint a good gloss, but it also protects your limo from scratches. Waxing provides a sacrificial layer on top of the clear coat so that when you remove dirt and such you're not directly rubbing the paint. We would like to suggest to wax the limo at least twice a year. Nothing keeps paint of your limo looking good and protected like a coat of quality wax.

  3. 2.Change coolant once a year • Engine overheating can be dangerous to your vehicle. If you allow it to continue for too long, your engine can suffer permanent damage. To avoid it, flush the cooling system regularly and change the coolant once a year. The good mixture of coolant and distilled water will help to keep your cooling system in good shape for a long time. Eventually, it will help to keep all the vehicles in your fleet working in top condition. 3.Change oil every 30,000 to 50,000 miles Changing the differential oil is one of the most-overlooked tasks on limo trucks. The purpose of the differential fluid is to cool and lubricate your differential. Without oil, your differential would overheat due to the metal-to-metal contact and burn itself out. The technicians at Commercial vehicle inspection stationsrefer to the manufacturer’s recommendations for your vehicle in order to change gear oil.

  4. 4.How often do I change the oil? You need an oil change to protect your engine from damage. Nothing will destroy an engine faster than neglecting oil-level checks or fresh oil changes. On a basic level engines have many moving parts, we rely on oil to lubricate, clean and cool those engine parts, preventing metal-to-metal contact and the resultant friction and damage that can occur. So, check and change the oil regularly. Schedule regular oil changes at three thousand miles for your heavy use vehicles. 5.How often grease to the parts of your limo. Everything with moving parts needs grease to survive. The ball joint went into early retirement due to poor lubrication. Driveline components such as u-joints also require regular lubrication. If you are wondering how often you should grease the ball joints, steering joints and drive shafts of your vehicle. As per expert at least a couple of times per year or usually at every oil change.

  5. 6.Change brake fluid every 100,000 miles. Brake fluid is mostly neglected by many vehicle owners, even those who regularly check their engine oil and tire pressure. Brake fluid is very important to stop your vehicles at the right moment, but it doesn't get as much attention as it deserves. After three years of service, the average boiling point of the brake fluid has dropped to a potentially dangerous level. So, you should check the fluid level regularly. As per Coach Bus repair and manufacturer instructions, it should be replaced every two years. 7.Replace shock absorbers every 100,000 miles. When driving, a vehicle’s shocks are always in use. Like many other auto components, overtime this continuous use will lead to general wear and tear. Eventually, they would lose their ability to function properly. Several warning signs can tell you when shock absorbers need to replace.  As per our technician's advice, replace it at specific intervals such as every 100,000 miles, Sometimes it depends on the model of your vehicle and where you drive. If you frequently drive over rough, pockmarked roads that put more stress on the shock absorbers, then you will probably need to replace them more often. Companies that make shock absorbers used to recommend they be replaced every 100,000 miles.
