  4. 851 Fairfield Circle • Built in 1914 • Two-story Arts & Crafts Period House • Nomination submitted by current owners • Property Size: 23,480 square feet • Building Size: 5,026 square feet • On August 1, 2017, the Historic Preservation Commission reviewed the landmark nomination of the house at 851 Fairfield Circle and forwarded a recommendation of approval to City Council.
