Owing to the presence of a high amount of nitrogen and a decent amount of potassium as well as phosphorus, it makes the soil balanced and is, therefore, the best manure to be used. When it comes to vegetable gardening, chicken manure is again an excellent choice for it increases the fertility of the soil. However the improper composting of the chicken manure would be harmful to the plants The high amount of nitrogen can eventually kill the plants. Although chicken manure composting takes a longer period of time, yet it is worth it as it allows more nutrients to break down and be used by the plants. The leading fertilizer industries deal with the poultry manure based compost for better and healthy farming. It helps to retain moisture and also allows the soil to breathe. poultry manure is completely natural as they are made from the feces and therefore completely organic.

  2. Fertile Soil is As Good As a Mother's Womb It is extremely important for a farmer to understand and test the quality of the soil. Poor soil would produce unhealthy yield and such soil needs more micronutrients to meet its deficiency. Poultry manure works on these soils as they contain extra nitrogen and phosphorus. The poultry litter which forms due to the mixture of poultry manure and wasted materials like feathers, sawdust, and other wooden particles is again an excellent organic fertilizer. Some More Facts About Poultry Manure It is sold as a non- chemical fertilizer and in dried form. Sometimes it is required to supplement it with other fertilizers too. Acid-loving plants must be avoided from using such fertilizers as they can burn it. Research has shown that chicken manure is cheap and more effective and is used in a wide range all over the world.
